101年精益 Overview with Simulation.
Missouri Enterprise’s 101年精益 Overview with Simulation workshop is an 8-hour interactive session designed to provide attendees with an overview of Lean terminology and concepts. Participants will staff a mock company for 3 rounds of simulation during which they’ll apply the Lean concepts to transform a batch-and-queue production system to a flow system. The program typically requires 14-20 participants to maximize the value of the simulation. Topics of discussion include:
