Six Sigma Green Belt Training is the next level of expertise and certification above Yellow Belt. Graduates of Green Belt training master the skills to collect and analyze data, develop process maps and design and conduct experiments. The training program covers the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) on a two day classroom schedule.  A significant portion of the training includes interactive practice exercises to expose students to how Six Sigma Greenbelt skills are used in the workplace. Students who complete this Six Sigma Green Belt Training course will learn to design and run experiments within the DMAIC model, and will be exposed to the complete body of knowledge needed for the Green Belt certification exam.
